Return policy
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return the products purchased from this online store with charge of www.terra-gold.com in the following cases:
1. If wrong products were sold with responsibility of www.terra-gold.com (mistake when receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, etc.). In this case, the client may either not accept to receive the product from the outset or ask to return it. Products returned must be in perfect condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. Product packaging must be the one which normally accompanies the product and it must be in excellent condition.
2. If bad quality products were sold with responsibility of www.terra-gold.com (damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.). In this case, the customer must not accept receipt of the product and contact this online store. If the customer accepts to receive the product, www.terra-gold.com will not accept any return and therefore will not make a replacement. Furthermore, if the customer does not return the product then he won’t be sent a new product and the customer should make a new order/purchase. The product must be returned in its initial delivery condition. In the first case, the maximum time limit of return may not exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns will be accepted only if the products which the customer wishes to return are in the same condition as received, without being unsealed or without the packaging being violated. The customer should however contact the store within maximum 24 hours from the time of receipt and inform about the reason of the return. If the time-limit of the 24 hours passes it is presumed that the customer accepts the product and he will not return it. In case of return of the product, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer, will be completed within 30 days from the date the www.terra-gold.com will receive the returned products. The return is made by crediting the customer’s bank account, which the customer will notify the www.terra-gold.com
Generally
In all cases of return, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all documents accompanying the product (eg invoice, Ap. Retail Warranty and manuals etc.) as well.
